Designed and implemented idempotent, event-driven workflows using Azure Functions and Cosmos DB, enabling horizontal scaling with increasing user load while maintaining data consistency across distributed executions. Managed Azure API Management (APIM) to publish and route traffic across multiple internal APIs, enforcing IP whitelisting and rate limiting. Developed a high-performance ASP.NET Core Web API using Dapper and role-based authorization, supporting more than 2x growth in request volume since initial release. Built an in-house Blazor dashboard with Azure Log Analytics integration to monitor system health in real time, and automated manual data-entry workflows, significantly reducing manual processing time.
